Volanti for Clubs

It’s nice to be able to add a blanket -5%/+10% at checkout. We give employees -5% on anything that isn’t a package.

We’ve got no easy way of seeing a high level view of who has valid licences/medicals on their Volanti account. We either have to have a separate spreadsheet to track this, or manually go through pilots. I’d be good if we could have a summary email sent daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly listed all people who have expired, and those about to expire in the next 30 days. We can then contact those people directly to ensure that they send their new documents.

Send an email to admins at a changeable time interval with any expired medicals and ratings. This then allows admins to chase people for updated records, or alternatively offer training to get more people flying.

Allow documents to be submitted as URLs rather than having to upload files/add content.

Have a system that will be linked to notifications where an ATO can send a notification to user groups, which needs to be acknowledged (which is logged). For example, 2 of our aircraft have had radio issues at EGNH. EGNH have been informed, but a central place to remind all pilots who this will affect until resolved would be good.

If a person wants a refund and is no longer flying, the credit system currently adds the refunded amount to their account, which is not what we want to happen. Maybe add an option when approving credits to say should this go as credit on their account?

When a customer is added to a group, have a customisable email that is auto sent. This can be set to contain pre reading material/course specific stuff.

Allow a customisable checklist for when a pilot is created (or just on their profile as an extra section) that allows a checkbox style list of admin things that need doing ... e.g. added to Shlott (eww), student record created, added to Teams, welcome pack sent, etc
